Here is our favorite recipe, feel free to try ours or create you own. Don't forget to tag us on instagram with pictures from your smoothie adventure.


- 1 ripe banana

- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1 cup of spinach or kale (or a combination of both)

- 1 tablespoon of nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)

- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)

- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

- 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)


1. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.

2. Add the banana, frozen mixed berries, spinach or kale, nut butter, chia seeds or flaxseeds (if using), and protein powder (if using) to a blender.

3. Pour in the almond milk.

4. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a smooth consistency.

5. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

6. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding a small amount of honey, maple syrup, or a sweetener of your choice if desired.

7. Pour the smoothie into a glass or portable container and enjoy!
